It was love at first sight, or rather, first move –YOGA. 15 years ago, I found my passion in Yoga and shortly after I started to travel to Yoga retreats all over the world, get teacher training of different styles, have sessions at great studios and ended up having Yoga as a central part of my life. Not only the physical aspect of Yoga fascinates me, but also what it does to the mind; I call it moving meditation, or how to fly without wings.

My passion for teaching and the fascination to work with my body also led me to Pilates. Today I teach Yoga and Pilates where breath and movement become one.

I have decided to work only part-time in my old job, to be able to dedicate proper time to my Yoga passion. I teach personal clients, hold classes and I, of course, do my own meditation and Yoga, preferably daily.

Baddha Utthita Parsvakonasana - Bound side pose

Improves your overall balance, opens & streches your chest and shoulders. Tones your butt and thighs! Who doesn't want that? 😉

 

Navasana - Boat pose 

Deeply challenges the abdomen, spine and hip flexors. Tones & shapes the Abs, YES we like that! 😊

 

Adho mukha svanasana - Downward facing dog 

Brings blood flow to the brain. It strengthens, lengthens and energizes every one of your muscles. Essential yoga posture. 🥇

 

Bakasana - Crow pose 

Works arm and core muscles, strengthens your wrists, upper back and legs. WOW! It's like an amazing full body workout. 😍 

 

Virabhadrasana 2 - Warrior 2 

Is a full body pose (if you're doing it correctly). Works every muscle you've got. The mental aspect is also great: practice in finding ease within effort. 💫 

 

Svarga Dvidasana - Bird of paradise 

Challenges your focus, balance, strength and flexibility! A great allrounder pose. ✨

Serpentine pants! because I always get compliments when I wear them!

Definitely summer! I can do yoga outside on sandy beaches and other beautiful places.

To see the happy faces of my clients after a fantastic even intense yoga or pilates session
