We offer free delivery in Switzerland, EUR 9.- in Europe and EUR 29.- for all other countries.
We use Swiss Post or DPD in Switzerland and GLS and DHL for international shipping. Normally the shipping within Switzerland and Austria takes 1 business day. Any order validated by 1pm (CET) from Monday to Friday will be sent on the same day.
Overseas the delivery time depends on the shipping destination and can take up to 7 business days. If you would like to receive information about delivery times to a specific country, please contact us at email@example.com.
All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. We hope you’re delighted with your order, but if you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt. Items not received within the 14-day period cannot be accepted.
All clothes must be tried on wearing undergarments and will not be accepted back if there are signs of usage.

To return an item, follow the below steps:

2. Put the items in the box and send the parcel back to:

3. Upon receipt we will refund you the cost of your purchase.
Depending on your credit card issuer, it will take about 5-10 days until receipt of the credit note. Shipping costs will not be refunded. In case you have any further questions about returning an item, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We strongly recommend to send any return by registered post. All returned items are sent at the risk and cost of the customer.
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order. You may return any item for an exchange within 14 days of the date of delivery. Items not received within the 14-day period cannot be accepted. The new order will be shipped immediately.
