our 'GOLDTIGERs' are here!
The INA KESS Animal Foundation has partnered up with the Wüst bakery to create something unique. The GOLDTIGERs will be available from tomorrow, and they are the perfect companion for a coffee or to bring to work as a cute surprise for everybody!
With every purchase you'll be supporting something good. Thus for every GOLDTIGER sold, INA KESS will donate CHF 1.- to the INA KESS Animal Foundation, which will directly fund the Pro Lutra, Rehkitzrettung and KAGfreiland projects below. Find out more on the INA KESS Animal Foundation website.

Fawns are typically born in fields around mid-April and remain there for the first few weeks of their lives. Paradoxically, this coincides with the period when farmers are cutting grass with industrial machines, placing the fawns at great risk. This danger is particularly acute because fawns lie low and stay still as a defense mechanism. To address this, Rehkitzrettung Schweiz uses heat-detecting drones to locate fawns and rescue them before the grass is cut.

KAGfreiland
The lives of most farm animals sadly culminate in a slaughterhouse. In Switzerland, regulations ensure animals are not transported for more than eight hours, but longer journeys are often permitted abroad, causing considerable stress. The KAGfreiland label restricts transport to a maximum of two hours, yet this alone does not fully address the issue. To make a more meaningful impact, the "Lebwohl" project has been launched to shed light on the challenges of animal transportation and slaughterhouses and to advocate for farm slaughter as a more compassionate alternative.

The otter is experiencing a renaissance in Switzerland and other parts of Europe. But will the species be able to settle here in the long term? Otters face several pressures: declining fish stocks, pesticides, micropollution, and plastic in waterways, as well as built-up banks, loss of natural riparian vegetation, and the effects of climate change. These factors have a direct impact on otters. Their future is in our hands.
