Is INA KESS at Zurich Airport?
Yes. INA KESS is currently hosting a pop‑up store at Zurich Airport, a collaboration we have proudly maintained for several years in a row. You can find us at the Airside Center, Level 2 (next to Sprüngli Café & Duty Free), where we present a curated selection of our collections designed for stylish travel and everyday elegance.
The pop‑up is open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM until 15 June 2026.

At INA KESS, functional clothing is designed to unite technical performance with lasting elegance. Each piece combines multiple benefits within one refined garment — including four-way stretch, breathable fabrics, quick-dry performance, wrinkle resistance, and reliable shape retention.
True luxury, however, lies in the details. From premium endless-twist yarns selected to keep inner seams smooth, refined, and resistant to the “hairy” appearance that can develop after repeated washing, to buttons and metallic trims enriched with a proportion of real gold, every element is chosen with longevity and beauty in mind.
This is performance wear with a feminine, polished finish: created to endure, both in function and in appearance.

Product Care
How do I wash my INA KESS clothes?
INA KESS garments are crafted from high-quality, functional fabrics that require delicate care to maintain their shape, performance, and elegance. Please follow these instructions:
Use a detergent for delicate fabrics.
Wash inside out at 30°C.
For most garments, we recommend using a mesh laundry bag. Please always check the care label inside your piece to confirm the best washing method.
Avoid washing with items that have zippers or rough surfaces.
Do not wash by hand or alone in the machine, as excessive motion may damage the fabric.
Remove clothes from the machine immediately after washing and hang them to dry. They dry quickly and naturally.
Do not use fabric softener.
Do not tumble dry.
Do not iron. If necessary, use a steamer carefully.
Blazers, coats, and garments with non-removable shoulder padding should generally be professionally dry-cleaned.
Knitwear: Wash on a 20 °C wool cycle. Please remove immediately after the cycle ends and dry flat to maintain shape and quality.
Always remove shoulder pads and belts before washing.
These steps ensure that each piece retains its luxury feel, flawless fit, and technical performance.
Can INA KESS clothes be tumble-dried?
No. We recommend air drying to preserve the fabric’s elasticity and performance. For knitwear, please dry flat to maintain its shape and quality.
How should I wash my white blouses?
Our white blouses are made from high-tech functional fabrics and require thoughtful care to preserve their beauty over time.
Wash at 30°C with a delicate detergent, ideally together with other white garments. To protect buttons and refined details, we recommend using a laundry mesh bag and avoiding both underfilling and overloading the machine. For occasional added stain-removal support, a small amount of bile soap may be used where needed.
To minimise creasing and maintain a polished finish, remove the garment from the washing machine as soon as the cycle ends and hang it to dry on a hanger.
These simple care steps help preserve brightness, texture, shape, and the overall refined appearance of the piece.
What should I do if I notice a defect in a product?
If you notice a defect, please contact our Customer Experience Team. We will carefully assess the issue and offer tailored solutions, including repairs, adjustments, or exchanges. Our goal is to help and to ensure every piece continues to meet the high standards of INA KESS craftsmanship.
Sizing & fit
How do INA KESS clothes fit?
Our garments are designed to offer a flattering, elegant fit, with high-quality fabrics that provide gentle stretch for comfort while maintaining their refined structure. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the smaller size for the most precise fit.
For further guidance, please refer to our Size Guide, available on every product page, which includes detailed international size conversions as well as our Fit Quiz. In less than two minutes, the quiz recommends the most suitable size for each product based on your answers, and your personalised recommendations are then remembered across all product pages for future visits. You may retake the quiz at any time.

Where can I find size conversion charts?
Size conversion charts are available on our website under Size Guide, where you will also now find further information directly within the size chart itself. There, you can access detailed international sizing information, our recommended size for each individual product, and a simple Fit Quiz that takes less than two minutes to complete and asks a few quick questions about your body and fit preferences. Based on your answers, the quiz recommends the most suitable size and saves your responses, allowing your recommended size to appear automatically across all other product pages. Should you wish to retake the quiz at any time, simply click on 'Find Your Size' again to begin anew. A detailed measurement guide is also provided to help you determine your exact size with confidence.
What if I'm still unsure about my size?
Not a problem at all. For a truly personalised experience, please contact us directly via the black ‘Instant Video Shopping’ link on the product page. This connects you via your WhatsApp to our Flagship Store in Zurich. You can ask specific questions about any aspect of the product, including size, and use the video call function to receive expert guidance and the most precise advice.
What should I do if my item does not fit?
If your garment does not fit perfectly, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Experience Team. They will be happy to help and to provide personalised advice, and will help you find the best solution, whether that’s an exchange, adjustment, or alternative style.
What should I do if my size is sold out?
If your preferred size is unavailable, you can join the waitlist on the product page to receive an email notification when the item is restocked.
My size is sold out. Will it be restocked?
If your size is currently unavailable, you can join the waitlist on the product page. Simply select the missing size, click the 'Join the Waitlist' button, and enter your email address. You will receive a notification as soon as your size is back in stock.
Please note that not all styles are reproduced, so we recommend joining the waitlist for your preferred size to secure it as soon as it becomes available. You can also contact our Customer Experience Team to get more information about restocks or similar styles.

Ordering & Payment
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No. You can complete your purchase as a guest without creating an account. However, we recommend that you make an account so that you can check your order history at any time.
How do I reset my password?
Click 'Forgot password?' on the login page and enter your email address. You will receive an email with a 'Reset password' button. By clicking this button, you will be directed to a secure page where you can create a new password.
Can I reserve a style online?
To ensure a fair opportunity for everyone to shop our most sought-after pieces, we do not offer online reservations. If you would like to reserve a style at our Zurich Flagship Store, our Customer Experience Team will be delighted to assist you. Simply call them directly: +41 43 508 42 85 (Switzerland & International), or send them a message on WhatsApp at +41 76 518 42 85.
How do I place an order in the online shop?
To place an order, simply select a product, choose your preferred size, and click 'Add to Cart.' The item will automatically appear in the cart drawer, allowing you to continue shopping quickly and conveniently.
Once you have added all desired items, click Checkout. On the checkout page, you can enter your contact and shipping details, select your preferred shipping and payment method, and complete your purchase.
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes. For customers in Switzerland, we offer in-store pickup at our Flagship Store.
When you add an item to your cart, it will automatically appear in the cart drawer. Once you have finished shopping, you can choose between Shipping or Store Pickup. If you select Store Pickup, you will be able to choose a date and time for collection.
As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an email notification inviting you to collect it at our Flagship Store.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes. Our Customer Experience Team will be delighted to assist you with placing an order by phone. You can reach us at +41 43 508 42 85.
Can I amend or make changes to my INA KESS order after completing the purchase?
If your order has not yet been prepared for shipment, it may be possible to add, remove, or adjust items, as well as update your shipping address. Please contact our Customer Experience Team promptly at contact@inakess.com or by phone at +41 43 508 42 85 to check your order status and arrange any changes.
How can I be sure that you have received my order?
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your purchase. Your order is officially accepted and processed once your payment is approved and your shipping address is verified.
A tracking number will be sent via email as soon as your shipment is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress until it reaches you.
If you are a Shop App customer, you can also track your order from start to finish directly in the app, giving you full visibility over your shipment.

Can I change the currency on the website, and can I pay in a different currency?
The displayed currency is automatically applied based on your shipping country. You can adjust the shipping region by clicking on the country selector at the top right (CHF, EUR, SGD, or USD) and choosing:
Switzerland – Swiss Francs (CHF)
Europe – Euro (EUR) for Germany, Austria, and all other EU countries
United States – US Dollars (USD)
Singapore – Singapore Dollars (SGD)
International – Euro (EUR) for all non-EU countries
The relevant currency will then be shown throughout the site. Please note that the checkout will always reflect the currency of your selected shipping region.
If you wish to pay in a different currency, you must select a shipping address corresponding to that currency, as orders cannot be completed otherwise.
Can I change the language on the website?
Yes. You can select English or German by using the country and language selector at the top right of the website. Your chosen language will then be applied across the site.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Twint, PayPal, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and payments via the Shop App, which also allows you to track your order from start to finish. Some cards or payment methods may require authorisation from the issuing bank.
For a smooth checkout, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement.
Will my data be safe with you?

SHIPPING, DUTIES AND TAXES
Does INA KESS ship internationally?
Yes. INA KESS offers worldwide shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Switzerland and the EU is free of charge. For our EU customers, we also offer an express shipping option for €15. For all other international destinations, a standard shipping fee of €29 applies.
Please note that we currently offer free shipping to our customers purchasing from Singapore.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
At this time, same-day delivery is not available. We offer fast shipping within Switzerland, the EU, and internationally, and you will always receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your order from dispatch to delivery.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your shipping address differs from your account or payment details, you can enter it during checkout. Once an order has been placed, it is difficult to change the delivery address because we aim to dispatch orders promptly.
If you need to update your address, please contact our Customer Experience Team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?
On our website, the expected delivery time is indicated for each order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times from order placement:
Switzerland: 1–3 working days
EU Standard: 3–5 working days
EU Express: 1–2 working days
International: Up to 7 working days, depending on the region
For shipments outside of Europe, we use FedEx, and a tracking number will be sent via email once your order is dispatched.
If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our Customer Experience Team, who will be happy to assist you.
Will I need to pay duties and taxes?
For shipments within Switzerland and the EU, all duties and taxes are included, so no additional fees apply.
For orders shipped to other international destinations, duties and taxes depend on the regulations of the destination country.
For our customers in the United States, shipping and duties are calculated at checkout, ensuring a seamless purchase. Once checked out, no additional duties or fees will be due when your order arrives.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
What is INA KESS's returns policy?
We want you to love every piece you order. If you wish to exchange or return an item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
For exchanges, we are happy to cover the shipping cost of the returned item.

May I return or exchange my purchases in-store?
Absolutely. In-person returns are available exclusively at our Flagship Store in Zurich.
Please note, however, that this only applies to orders shipped within Switzerland. For international orders, returns must be sent from the country where the purchase was made, due to tax and customs regulations. We recommend using our online returns & exchanges portal to start the process, which guides you through the correct procedure for your country.
For in-store exchanges in Switzerland, we suggest contacting our Customer Experience Team beforehand to confirm that your desired item is available before your visit.
Can I exchange an item instantly if the size or style isn’t perfect?
Absolutely. With our Instant Exchange option on the INA KESS Returns & Exchanges Portal, you can swap your item for the correct size, color, or style and order it without waiting for a refund first. Your new item is shipped immediately once your return is registered, making the process fast, seamless, and convenient.
The exchange is handled entirely online, allowing you to secure the piece you truly want while enjoying the same quality care and service as your original purchase. With this instant exchange solution, we make it easy to get the perfect fit or style on your first try, because your satisfaction is our priority.
I want to return my order, but I need my invoice for customs clearance. Will it be included?
If you need an invoice for customs clearance when returning an item, please contact our Customer Experience Team at contact@inakess.com. We will provide the necessary invoice or documentation to ensure your return is processed smoothly and in compliance with customs requirements.
Does my order need to be returned in the INA KESS packaging?
We kindly ask that items be returned in their original INA KESS packaging to ensure they are fully protected during transit. If the original packaging is not available, you may still return the items, but please make sure they are carefully packaged, unworn, and in their original condition to avoid any damage.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as your returned items have been received and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly using the original payment method.
Will delivery costs and duties be refunded when I make a return?
No. Shipping costs, duties, or taxes are non-refundable. For returns, a fee of EUR 25 applies to orders within the EU and EUR 50 to orders outside the EU.
Exchanges are always free of charge, ensuring you can easily find the perfect size or style.
What is the difference between an exchange and a return?
Return: You will receive a full refund (excluding delivery costs and duties) once the items have been inspected and approved through our return control.
Exchange: This option is instant and a great choice if you want a different size, color, or style. The returned items are inspected and approved in the usual way, and your new items are shipped immediately — no waiting for a refund first. Any difference in value is automatically adjusted via your original payment method, and our Customer Experience Team is happy to assist if needed. You will receive an email confirming your exchange and the expected delivery of your new items.
What should I do if I notice a defect in my product?
