Bust We measure our chest with a measuring tape by placing it around the broadest part of our chest. The tape should be flat but not too tight.
Waist Your natural waist lies between your bottom ribs and hip bones. To measure, breathe deeply, relax your stomach and lie the measuring tape flat around your waist.
Hip To achieve the most accurate hip measurement, put your feet together and pass the measuring tape round your hips over the widest point of your hips.
Inseam The inseam is an indication for the lenght of our pants and crops. To measure it stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart. Place the measuring tape on the very top of your inner leg and you can see how long the pants are.
If, after measuring yourself and consulting the table, you see that you are between two sizes, you must decide according to your preferences whether to choose the smaller size (which will be tighter) or the larger (which will be looser).
